Developer agrees to design and build a professional website for Client's business.

Not included (unless agreed separately): Logo design, copywriting (Client provides text), photography (Client provides images), e-commerce / online store, ongoing maintenance after launch, domain registration fees, hosting fees.

2. Price and Payment

Payment Option (select one):

Payment Method: PayPal via dunnwebstudio.com or direct invoice.

Work will not begin until payment (or deposit) is received. Website will not be published until full payment is received.

3. Timeline

Estimated delivery: business days from receipt of payment and all Client materials (text, images, logo).

Delays caused by Client (late content, slow feedback) may extend the timeline. Developer will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Revisions

Included: 2 rounds of revisions after initial design is presented.

A "round" means one set of collected feedback, not individual changes sent separately. Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds will be billed at $75/hour.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide:

If Client does not provide materials within 30 days of payment, Developer may close the project. Payment is non-refundable after work has begun.

Developer guarantees the website will function as described for 30 days after launch. Any bugs or broken functionality discovered within 30 days will be fixed at no additional cost. This does not cover changes to scope, new features, or issues caused by Client modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Developer is not liable for any lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages arising from the website. Developer's total liability is limited to the amount paid by Client under this agreement.

11. Independent Contractor

Developer is an independent contractor, not an employee of Client. Developer is responsible for their own taxes.
